Genesis is so much better than my previous EHR. It is fast, and does not seem like I am working online – it is so seamless.
A lot of information is available that slows down the day-to-day work, because it is not streamlined. The logs show too much at once, and I have to scroll down to see where I left off my work.

I can access to all information whenever I want, and that saves a lot of time because it is internet-based.
The portal for patients is disappointing. Patients get confused, and KIOSK does not allow for private screening. Previous patients’ data pops up.
